Last month I held what I like to call “Craftivism Day” here at my house. What a great day spent with a wonderful group of friends creating bibs that will be delivered to a family who is in the process of adopting a baby from China.
When they finally get to pick up their daughter they will deliver the bibs to International China Concern to be distributed to orphanages.
We have joined with CraftHope on many of their projects. They are a great organization bringing people together from all over the world to share hope in the form of a handmade gift. This is my love language. It brings me joy to love others with these small gestures. Stay tuned for more craftivism days. There is always a need.
And in case you love to share handmade gifts as well, here is a free bib pattern that I made for our bib project. Feel free to download and use for your baby or next baby gift.
Talk to you soon.
